Know what your AI project is worth. In 45 minutes.

A free 45 minute review for operations leaders. Pick a time, tell us what you want to get to, and we score your use cases live on the call.

Trusted by teams at Cemex, Arcosa, and Buildertrend.

  • Two to three scored use cases, ranked on business value against feasibility
  • An effort estimate for the one worth doing first
  • An honest cost range, whether or not we work together

A mutual NDA is available before the first conversation. Reschedule or cancel from the confirmation email.

The pattern

You already know how this ends.

Nobody schedules the failure. It arrives on its own, in four moves, and it looks reasonable at every step.

  1. The pilot gets extended

Another quarter, another sprint, and a new use case that is closer to the core.

  2. The vendor adds a phase

The number goes up. The date moves right. The scope stays impossible to audit.

  3. The champion moves on

The prototype becomes a folder nobody opens and a login nobody renews.

  4. The board stops asking

Which is materially worse than the board asking.

None of this happens because the technology failed. It happens because nobody scoped the operating change the technology required, and by the time that is obvious the budget is committed and the political cost of stopping exceeds the cost of drifting.

The agenda

What happens in the 45 minutes.

No preparation required. You talk, we score, and you leave with numbers.

  1. 01

    You describe the situation

The pilot that stalled, the process that is eating people, or the board question you cannot answer yet. Roughly fifteen minutes, and no preparation is required.

  2. 02

We score two or three use cases

On business value against feasibility, out loud, with the reasoning shown. You will disagree with some of it, which is the useful part.

  3. 03

You get a range and an effort estimate

For the one worth doing first. Including, when it applies, the recommendation not to build anything yet and what would have to change.

“Ebrahim was an invaluable asset as we transitioned from a legacy system to a complex cloud-based ERP. His willingness to understand our business allowed us to get up and running more quickly and efficiently than expected.”
Lori Reid Nox-Crete. Legacy to cloud ERP migration.
“Abstraction Advisors did an excellent job understanding our business, evaluating options, and helping put together a suite of technologies that would meet our needs.”
Amanda Kohler Kovus. Technology selection.
Fit check

Who this is a good use of time for.

A pilot that works in a demo and nowhere else

The model performs, the meeting went well, and six months later it is still not in anyone's workflow. This is the most common conversation we have.

Three or more people doing repetitive document work

Invoices, approvals, exception handling, claims, order entry. Volume plus rules plus people is where the arithmetic tends to work.

A board that has asked for an AI position

And you would rather bring a scored shortlist with costs than a vendor deck.

A quote you want a second opinion on

Bring it. We will tell you whether the scope is real and what is missing from it, which is a legitimate reason to book and not one we mind.

Risk removal

The terms, before you ask.

Selling risk mitigation while carrying none of it would be a strange position to hold.

Fixed fee on phase one

The assessment is quoted as a fixed fee before it starts. No hourly overrun on the part where the scope is least certain.

You can stop at the end of any phase

Each phase ends with a written review against criteria set at the start. Stopping there is a normal outcome, not an awkward one. If the assessment says do not build, that is what it will say.

You own what we build

Source code, model weights, prompts, infrastructure configuration and documentation transfer to you. No proprietary runtime and no licensing dependency.

MSA and NDA on request

A standard mutual NDA is available before the first conversation, and a master services agreement before any work begins.

How we handle your data

Before you close the tab

Three reasons not to call us. We will go first.

We already bought something.
Then the question is not what to buy. It is how much of what you are already paying for is actually in use, and which part of it deserves to be. That is a two week engagement, not a re-platform.
My team can do this.
Probably. What they usually cannot do is say which of your processes clears the bar, because they have never had to defend the number to a board. Sequencing is the skill. The build is close to commodity.
Consultants take six months to tell me what I know.
You get a scored shortlist inside the first 45 minutes. If there is nothing worth doing yet, we say so on that call, in writing, and you have lost three quarters of an hour.

Not ready to talk? Read first.

The 90-day implementation plan is the written version: the phases, where you can stop, and what has to be true before each one.
