AI implementation in the United Arab Emirates.

The UAE is further along than most markets on AI ambition and no further along than anywhere else on getting pilots into production. The constraint is the same one it is everywhere: integration, data readiness and whether anybody changed how they work.

What we have actually done here.

We have no UAE client to name. Our Gulf delivery record is industrial manufacturing, and while the systems work transfers directly, the relationships do not. If a named local reference is a gate in your process, this is the point to stop reading and we would rather you knew that on the first screen than in the third meeting.

How the business case gets written.

We the UAE 2031 and the National AI Strategy

The national programmes are specific enough to write a business case against, which is unusual and useful. A project that can state which national objective it serves clears an internal committee faster than one that states a productivity number, and both are usually true at once. We write both.

Emiratisation, and what handover means here

Private-sector Emiratisation targets make who operates a system after launch a real question rather than a courtesy. Everything this firm builds transfers, and the operating knowledge transfers with it: runbooks, the evaluation harness, and the monitoring, written to be handed to a team rather than to be kept.

Three data regimes, not one

A group with entities onshore, in the DIFC and in the ADGM is under three different data protection regimes at once, and they are not identical. This is a design constraint on where a model runs and what it may retain, and it is cheaper to resolve before the architecture than after the security review.

What it costs, and in which currency

Quoted in UAE dirham (AED) where you need it to be. The readiness review is free, the assessment that follows is a fixed fee agreed before it starts, and you will leave the first conversation with a range for your own situation rather than a brochure.

Which model, and does it have to be a local one.

Falcon and Jais are both built here and both worth measuring against a frontier model on your own documents. Open weights matter most where a workload has to run inside your own tenancy, which is a procurement constraint more often than a technical preference.

How this works on Arabic documents

Where the data actually sits

What you are agreeing to.

Selling risk mitigation while carrying none of it would be a strange position to hold. These are the terms, stated before you ask for them.

Fixed fee on phase one

The assessment is quoted as a fixed fee before it starts. No hourly overrun on the part where the scope is least certain.

You can stop at the end of any phase

Each phase ends with a written review against criteria set at the start. Stopping there is a normal outcome, not an awkward one. If the assessment says do not build, that is what it will say.

You own what we build

Source code, model weights, prompts, infrastructure configuration and documentation transfer to you. No proprietary runtime and no licensing dependency.

MSA and NDA on request

A standard mutual NDA is available before the first conversation, and a master services agreement before any work begins.

How we handle your data

Bring us the pilot that stalled.

Forty five minutes, no charge, and you leave with a scored shortlist whether or not we work together.

You'll leave with 2 to 3 scored use cases, an effort estimate, and an honest cost range, whether or not we work together.
