We build inside your tenancy, in the region your own policy requires, and we agree the region in writing before any data moves. Where a workload genuinely cannot run in region, you get the exception in writing with the reason, before it happens rather than in an incident report afterwards.

That commitment costs us nothing to make because it is how the work is done anyway. It is written down here because a commitment a buyer has to extract in a meeting is worth less than one they can read before booking it.
